141, 141/111 Welding

The welding of all kinds of steel and metal structures, pipelines, leak-proof screens, pipe coils, chambers, and the pressure components of boilers. We can work with anything, from unalloyed steels (P235GH), to martensitic-steel-based material P91 (X10CrMoVNb9-1), and acid-resistant steels. We carry out the welding of pre-insulated pipes for the heating industry. We are experienced in working in paper mills, incineration plants, and heating plants located in the Scandinavian countries (our welders and fitters hold HOT WORK or SSG certificates), and in EU countries. Our welding services are based not only on the high qualifications of our operatives, but also on the many years of our professional experience.

MAG Welding

We perform the welding of small elements of steel structures weighing up to 3 tonnes, as well as of the components of mine conveyors, longwalls, conveyors, guards, roof-bar guards, and sliding-system beams. We are capable of manufacturing small structural elements and machining (CNC machine tools, milling machines, and CNC lathes and conventional lathes). We use equipment manufactured by renowned companies to render the services or manufacture the ordered elements. We use materials of the highest quality to manufacture structures and products, thus guaranteeing that clients will be satisfied with our services.
